On Friday 16th June 2017 Reception Class are holding a cake sale to support the Evening Chronicle’s Go Bananas appeal.

This is a campaign to raise funds for children with disabilities to buy them pricey equipment they desperately need.  A child in our Reception class is one of the 10 children the campaign is supporting this year.  This child has bilateral cerebral palsy and would love a trike to help improve the range of his movements and core strength.  In addition this will improve his confidence and help him join in activities with his brother and friends.

Cakes will be sold at morning playtime.  Children can bring money in on the day and the cakes will cost 50p each.  Any unsold cakes will be sold to parents at the end of the day.

If parents would like to donate cakes to sell please send them into school on the morning of 16th June.

We hope that you will support this very worthy cause and help us reach the Go Bananas target.
