the children have been learning how to round a number to its nearest 10 or 100.  The children were given a partner and an explanation of the game Reasoned Rounding.  They enjoyed trying to be skillful to beat their partner by rounding enough numbers to complete a circle on the chart.  Some of the children realised pretty quickly that they had to make a decision around which two digit to create from the roll of their dice.
